摘  要:采用ICP-OES法测定4个厂家阻垢缓蚀剂中总磷含量,讨论仪器工作条件,选择P(213.618 nm)谱线测试。结果表明,总磷在0.00~50.00 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,方法检出限为0.04 mg/L,4个厂家产品测定结果精密度均小于2%,加标回收率为95%~104%之间。较分光光度法,ICP-OES法具有线性范围宽、操作步骤简单等优点,适合大批量、不同浓度含磷量的阻垢缓蚀剂的测定。The total phosphorus contents of scale and corrosion inhibitor from 4 companies were determined by the method of ICP-OES, instrument working conditions were discussed. The results showed that there were good linear relation among the total phosphorus in the range of 0. 00 - 50. 00 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0. 9999, precision of the four products were all less than 2%, the recoveries were 95% - 104%. Compared with the spectrophotometry method, ICP-OES had the advantages of both wide linear range and simple operation steps, which were suitable for the determination of scale and corrosion inhibitor in large batch and different concentrations.
