摘　　要：建立消痹膏中欧前胡素含量测定的方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(Hypersil ODS2-C_(18),4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(C)-水(B),梯度洗脱0~30 min,49%C;30~50 min,49%~100%C;50~51 min,100%~49%C;51~60 min,49%C;流速:0.8 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:300 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL。欧前胡素在5.84~58.4μg/mL(r=0.99995)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(RSD)为97.57%(1.45%)。此方法专属性强、重复性好、准确方便,可用于消痹膏的质量控制。An HPLC method for the determination was established. The analysis of this drug was performed on a 25℃ thermostatic Hypersil C18column （4. 6 mm×250 mm,5μm）, with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-water flowing at a rate of 0. 8 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, the detection wavelength was set at 300 nm for imperatorin, and the injection volume was 10μL. Imperatorin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 5.84 - 58.4μg/mL （ r = 0. 99995 ）, whose average recovery was 97.57% （ 1.45% ）. With good specificity and reproducibility, this method can be used for the quality control of Xiaobi Ointment, accurately and conveniently.
