摘　　要：细胞膜表面存在一些瓶状的小凹陷,被称为胞膜窖.在胞膜窖的组成上存在着与某些疾病相关的重要蛋白Caveolins,即窖蛋白,包括3个家族成员,其中,Caveolin-1作为重要的支架蛋白可以进行信号传递,执行多种生理功能.主要围绕Caveolin-1的结构功能,对肿瘤的双向调控作用进行论述,希望为今后肿瘤治疗及药物开发提供新的思路.Caveolins,an important protein associated with certain diseases, are found in the cell mem- brane including 3 family members. Caveolin-1 plays an important role in signal transduction and a va- riety of physiological functions. In this paper, we focused on the structure, function and function of Caveolin-1 （Cav-1 ,the most popular protein in the Caveolin family）,its relationship with tumor and its possible mechanism in the actual cases. It is hoped that Cav-1 will provide new ideas and enlightenments in the future research and development of drugs for the treatment of tumors and related diseases.
