摘 要:介绍了被列入我国矿产资源开发利用辐射监管名录的金属锆及氧化锆产业现状,以及生产过程中相关物料的放射性核素活度浓度。指出我国锆原料贸易以及开发利用过程中的产品、中间产品、副产品等放射性核素活度浓度有可能高于标准规定的免管值,但至今还未对该行业进行评估,制定出与该行业健康发展相适应的监管办法。建议相关研究单位对该行业辐射影响进行评估,企业对锆资源开发利用开展监测,国家环保部门根据评估数据和监测数据制定相应的监管条例。The present situation of zirconium and zirconia industry in China, which is under the radiation regulatory list of mineral resources development and utilization, as well as the activity concentration of radionuclides in related materials during the process of production are introduced. It is the fact that activity concentration of radionuclides of products, intermediate products and byproducts in the process of resources development and utilization of zirconium, may be higher than the standard value of exemption. And the industry impact has not been evaluated, and the regulatory measures are not formulated. Suggestions are put forward as follows: radiation impact assessment should be implemented by relevant research units, radiation monitoring should be implemented by relevant enterprises, relevant regulations should be formulated on the basis of assessment results and monitoring data by State Environmental Protection Department.
