摘 要:苏里格气田属于典型的致密砂岩气藏.气井井下节流,难以稳定生产,产能测试、地层压力、井底流压测试等资料有限.无法利用常规的经验法、采气指示曲线法和节点分析法进行产能评价。因此,如何对气井的合理产量准确评价从而指导气田的高效开发存在较大的困难。针对以上情况.以苏里格气田S1区为例,利用实际生产资料.在气井递减分析、流动物质平衡研究的基础上,形成了基于常规生产数据产能预测法、初期产量预测法、无阻流量配产法3种方法,对区块水平井合理产量进行评价,通过分析研究,S1区水平井在前3年稳产期条件下合理产量4.6×104m4/d,研究成果为气田井网优化、产建部署及开发潜力预测提供了重要的依据。Sulige Gasfield is typical tight sandstone gas reservoirs. Because of downhole throttling in gas wells, unstable production, and limited data of productivity testing, formation pressure and bottomhole flowing pressure testing, the produetivity of gas wells cannot be evaluated by conventional empirical method, gas production index curve method and nodal analysis methnd. Therefore, it is diffieuh to accurately evaluate reasonable production of gas wells so as to guide efficient development of gasfields. Iu view of the above situation, taking the SI area in Sulige Gasfield as an example, this paper utilized the actual production data to form three types of methods, that is, productivity prediction based on regular pruduction data, production predietinn during initial stage, aud prodmqion proration by open flnw capacity, according to gas well production decline analysis and flowing malerial balance studies. The reasonable production of horizontal wells in this block is evaluated. Through analysis and studies, the reasonable production of horizontal wells in the SI area on the initial three years stable production stage is 46000m3/d. The study results provide an important basis for gas well pattern optimization, productivity construction arrangement and prediction of development potentials.
