摘 要:苏里格气田是长庆气区主力调峰气田,该气田的气井采用并下节流模式生产,调峰生产需要拔取节流器,上加热炉生产。由于该气田储层非均性强,气井生产特征差异大,如何优选调峰气井及预测调峰配产对冬季调峰保供具有十分重要的作用。通过研究苏里格气田已投产老井的日产气、套压压降速率在调峰前后变化关系及新投产气井调峰配产与无阻流量关系,得出了井下节流型气井不同时期调峰产量快速预测的方法。并在苏里格气田S1区进行应用,其准确率高,可满足生产需求。Sulige Gasfield is the major peak-shaving gasfield of Changqing gas province. The gas wells in this gasfield are being produced by the down-hole throttling mode. The peak-shaving production needs to unplug the controlling chokes and use heating furnace. Due to strong heterogeneity of the reservoirs and big differences in production characteristics of the gas wells, how to choose the peak-shaving gas wells and to predict the peak-shaving proration are of great significance for assuring a stable gas supply in winter. In this paper, by studying the daily gas production, casing pressure drop rate changes before and after the peak-shaving of the old producing wells, and the relationship between peak-shaving proration and open flow capacity of the new producing gas wells, it obtains the method to quickly predict the peak-shaving production during different times in the down-hole throttling gas wells. This method has been applied to the S1 area in Sulige Gasfield with high accuracy, thus it can meet the production need.
