摘 要:针对低渗储层回注区气田水回注容易引发井筒完整性破坏,进而导致地层发生窜漏的问题开展气田水回注可注量评价研究。借鉴储气库完整性评价方法,通过建立考虑注入流体-套管-井壁-地层耦合的有限元力学分析模型进行注水井井筒受力分析;利用现代试井分析理论中的最优化拟合方法拟合注水过程中井底流压数据获取注入流体波及半径.结合注入层段河道砂体展布确定波及面积;根据物质平衡原理,计算可注量,形成气田水高压回注可注量评价方法.并以LG地区气田水回注井可注量为例进行了分析。该方法考虑因素客观全面。可以为气田水回注精细化管理提供定量指标和依据。In view of the problem that gasfield water reinjection in low-permeability reservoirs can easily destroy the wellbore integrity and lead to "blowby" (leakage) in the formation, the injectable amount of gasfield water reinjection was studied. By referring the methods of evaluating gas storage integrity, through establishing the finite element mechanics analysis model that considers the coupling of injected ftuid-casing-borehole wall-formation, the wellbore stress in water injection wells was analyzed. By using the optimal fitting method in modem well testing analysis theory, the injected fluid swept radius of during water injection was fitted by the down-hole flowing pressure data and the swept area was confirmed by channel sand body distribution in the water injection interval. According to the material balance principle, the injectable amount of water was calculated, and the evaluation method for the injectable amount of high-pressure gasfieId water reinjection was formed. Moreover, taking the injectable amount of gasfield water reinjection in the LG region for instance, this method was analyzed. The method has taken objectively and comprehensively various factors into consideration, thus it can provide quantitative indexes and a basis for fine management of gasfield water reinjection.
