长庆油田胶囊破胶剂质检标准问题分析及建议

摘　　要：针对长庆油田胶囊破胶剂质检方法、用量、技术指标等存在操作性不强的问题，通过实验、计算、分析并总结目前所用检验标准SY／T6380--2008《压裂用破胶剂性能试验方法》、Q／SYCQ3252--2008（CJJN胶囊破胶剂》、Q／AD002--2010《LZEN胶囊破胶剂》等存在的问题并提出解决办法。以期增加长庆油田胶囊破胶剂测定方法及技术指标的实用性，为评价胶囊破胶剂性能方法提供有益参考。For resolving the problem that there still exists poor operability in quality inspection method, dosage and technical indicators etc. of the capsule gel-breaker in Changqing Oilfield, through the experiments, calculations, analysis and summary of the problems in the currently used testing standards SY/T 6380-2008 ＂Test method for capsule gel-breaker on fracturing＂, Q/SYCQ 3252-2008 ＂CJJN capsule gel-breaker＂, and Q/AD002-2010 ＂LZEN capsule gel-breaker＂ etc., the solution of existing problems was put forward, so as to increase the practicability of the measuring method and the technical indicators of capsule gel-breaker in Changqing Oilfield. It can provide beneficial reference for evaluating the capsule gel-breaker performance.
