摘 要:安塞油田属于典型的“低压、低孔、低渗”三低油田,全部采用有杆泵采油,其采油设计一直沿用传统方法,导致油井悬点载荷大、举升效率低、能耗高。通过分析抽油机悬点载荷认为,降低抽油泵径、抽油杆径和运行冲次能降低悬点载荷,进而降低抽油机机型,为此形成了供排协调优选抽油泵径、抽油杆柱质量最轻设计方法、采用低冲次数字化抽油机等技术,提出了以“降泵径、降杆径、降机型、提效率”为主要内容的低渗油田有杆泵采油设计新方法。研究结果表明,应用该方法降低了油井悬点载荷,提高了油井效率,降低了生产成本。Ansai Oilfield is a typical low-pressure, low-porosity and low-permeability oiffield. All the wells in this oilfield are recovered by sucker rod pumps, and their oil recovery plans have always been designed by the traditional methods, resulting in big hanger load (polished rod load), low lifting efficiency and high energy consumption. Through analyzing the hanger loads of the pumping units, it is considered that we could decrease the hanger loads by reducing the pump diameter, sucker rod diameter, and pumping speed (reciprocating frequency of the sucker rod), then can degrade the model/type of pumping units. To this end, some technologies are formed, including a design method of making the sucker rod mass lightest, optimizing the downhole pump diameter by the supply and drainage coordination, and adopting low-reciprocating frequency digital pumping units and so on. We propose a new design method of oil recovery with sucker-red pumps in low-permeability oilfield that takes "reducing pump diameter, reducing rod diameter, degrading the model of pumping units, and increasing efficiency" as the main content. The study results show that the application of this method reduced the hanger loads of oil wells, improved the oil wells' efficiency, and decreased the production cost.
