摘　　要：分析了氯化亚砜生产中原料二氧化硫和液氯采用钢瓶储运时存在的问题。介绍了改造措施及改造效果:二氧化硫采用槽车运输、贮罐储存,液氯采用管道直接输送;1万t/a氯化亚砜生产装置可节约成本约42万元/a。The problems existing were analyzed that raw material sulfur dioxide and liquid chlorine were stored and transported by steel cylinder during the production of sulfoxide chloride. Improvement measures were introduced： sulfur dioxide was transported by tank wagon and stored in tanks, liquid chlorine was piped directly. These measures could reduced cost by about 420 000 RMB/a for a 10-kt/a sulfoxide chloride production plant.
