一种马铃薯块茎蛾卵的计数新方法

摘　　要：为了解决常规马铃薯块茎蛾卵计数过程中存在的工作量大、卵聚集程度高时计数不准确等,建立了一种新的卵粒计数方法,即采用70%乙醇浸泡卵30 min,用毛笔轻轻刷下,再置于显微镜下计数。经过方法学考察,洗脱计数法的准确性高、精密度、重复性好、操作简便,可用于马铃薯块茎蛾卵粒的计数。In order to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional method for the counting of eggs of potato tuber moth, such as large workload, inaccurate counting results due to the high gathering of eggs, this research established a new method for the counting of eggs of potato tuber moth ： soaking eggs in 70% ethanol solution for half an hour, then brushing the eggs down gen- tly by brush pen, finally counting them under a microscope. The methodological survey proves that this method is accurate, pre- cise, repeatable and simple, and it can be applied to count the eggs of potato tuber moth.
