Study on Spatial-temporal Change Rule of Drought Disaster in Gansu Province from Qing Dynasty to Republic of China

摘  要:以甘肃省灾害史料为依据,对清至民国期间旱灾的发生规律进行了研究,结果表明:旱灾发生比较频繁并呈现波浪式递增的趋势,有些旱灾持续时间比较长;受气候变化及农作物生长期的影响,旱灾在夏季出现的频率最高,其次是春季,秋季和冬季则相对较少,并表现出多季连旱的特征;从旱灾发生的周期来看,160年为甘肃省旱灾变化的主周期,75年为次周期;在地域空间分布上,陇中旱灾频次最高,其次是陇东,陇南和河西地区旱灾发生的频次相对较少,而甘南最少;旱灾以中灾和重灾次数最多,并常与水涝(或暴雨)、冰雹等多种灾害相继发生或交替发生,在某种程度上也加剧了受灾程度。旱灾的发生与甘肃省气候变化及地理环境有一定的关系。According to the historical data of disaster events in Gansu province, the author studied the occurrence rule of drought disaster in Gansu province from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China. The results indicated that drought disaster oc- curred frequently in this period and showed an increasing and fluctuating trend ; in some years drought disaster sustained for a long time. Due to being influenced by climatic change and crop growth period, drought disaster occurred most frequently in summer, more frequently in spring, and less in autumn and winter, and some drought disaster events lasted for several continuous seasons. The occurrence of drought disaster had a primary cycle of 160 years and a secondary cycle of 75 years. The frequency of drought disaster occurrence was the highest in central region, higher in eastern region, and lower in southern and western regions of Gansu province. The moderate and heavy drought disasters occurred most frequently, and their occurrence was often combined with or fol- lowed by flood ( or rainstorm) , hail and other disasters. The occurrence of drought disaster had a certain correlation with the cli- matic change and geographical environment of Gansu province.
