摘  要:系统阐述了厚膜型MCH电加热用厚膜电路的设计与制造工艺,通过对厚膜微电子工艺所应用材料特性的研究、固化烧结温度的影响、产品耐压能力及过载能力测试等实验结果进行全面分析后获得一种新颖的厚膜型MCH电加热元件产品。该产品具有温度均匀恒定、TCR小、热效率高好、环保节能、安全可靠等特性,广泛应用于医疗器械、工业控制、消费电子等领域。The system introduces the design and manufacturing process of thick film type thick film circuit for MCH electric heating. After the full analysis on the research of application material properties of thick film microelectronic,the effect of curing the sintering temperature,the pressure and overload ability of product testing results,a novel thick film type MCH electric heating element product is obtained which with the features of constant temperature uniformity,small TCR,high thermal efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving,safety and reliability,so it can be widely used in medical equipment,industrial control,consumer electronics and other fields.
