摘 要:丹东林家三道沟金矿有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,属较典型的含砷含硫微细粒难处理金矿石,因此在浮选工作前确定合理的磨矿细度,是提高选矿回收率的关键因素。本文对三道沟金矿磨矿细度与选矿指标的关系进行了分析研究,并通过磨矿细度考察试验和已有的生产数据进行数理分析,最终确定了磨矿细度为-200目占92%以上时选矿经济技术指标最佳。该结论已应用在选厂生产实践中,并得到了工业生产验证。The disseminated extent of gold ore mineral from Sandaogou, Linjia, Dandong is fine , it is a typical fine particle gold ore and contains sulfur and arsenic, so it is difficult to be separated. To determine a reasonable grinding degree before flotation is a key factor in improving mineral separation efficiency. This paper analyzes the problems of the relation of grinding degree and the technical index of mineral processing base on the mathematical analysis of the inspection test of grinding degree and the original production data. Finally, we learned that ore dressing economic and technical indicators are the best when content of --200 mesh accounted for more than 92 %. The conclusion has been applied in the practice of the mill plant production, and it is verified by its application in industry.
