摘　　要：本文通过对湖州三天门地区四种类型金矿地质特征分析 ,认为本区金矿类型总体上属于风化淋积型金矿 ,并就其成矿条件作了分析和研究 ,提出地层、构造。By analysizing the geological feature of the Gold occurrence in the Shantianmen area of Huzhou city ,It was considered that this gold mineralization type belong to the weathering-leath deposit type.On the basis of the study and analysis on its mineralization condition, Layer?geological structure?magmation and secondary enrichment were considered as four factor of gold mineralization.
