摘　　要：目的探讨人类疱疹病毒(HHV)感染对住院新生儿血小板减少的影响及其护理对策。方法选择2015年1月~2016年10月于我院就诊的120例HHV感染的新生儿作为研究对象。同时选择120例同期的健康体检新生儿作为对照组。探讨HHV感染对住院新生儿血小板减少的影响及其护理对策。结果与对照组相比,试验组PLT水平降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组PDW、MPV水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比试验组IgG、IgM水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人类疱疹病毒感染的住院新生儿120例患者中,其中108例检出HHV的DNA阳性,阳性率为90%(108/120),结论 HHV感染可引起新生儿血小板减少,应加强对HHV感染的新生儿患者采取积极有效的护理措施。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of human herpes virus （HHV）infection on newborn thrombocytopenic and nursing countermeasures. Methods 120 cases newborns with HHV infection in our hospital from 2015 January to 2016 October were analyzed. Another 120 normal persons were chose to be control group. The efficacy of HHV infection on newborn thrombocytopenic and the nursing countermeasures were evaluated in two groups. Results Compared with the normal control group the levels of PLT in experiment group were obviously lower （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the normal control group the levels of PDW,MPV in experiment group were obviously higher（P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the normal control group the levels of IgG, IgM in experiment group were obviously higher （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were 108 cases HHV infection DNA positive newborn and the rate of HHV infection DNA positive was 90% （108/120）. Conclusion HHV infection can make newborn thrombocytopenic. We should make important on nursing on HHV infection newborn.
