摘 要:采用微波辐照为实验样,水浴加热为对照样,通过对硫酸锆溶液p H值、电导率、介电常数和浊度的测定,考察微波辐照对硫酸锆溶液水解配聚行为的影响;利用显微收缩仪(MHT)和差示量热扫描仪(DSC),对微波辐照和水浴加热条件下硫酸锆鞣制皮粉的热稳定性进行测定。结果表明,实验样p H值更低,电导率、介电常数和浊度更大,水解速率加快24%,说明微波辐照可以促进硫酸锆的水解配聚;与水浴加热相比,微波辐照提高锆鞣皮粉的收缩温度1.3~2.4℃,热变性温度2.2~3.4℃,表明微波辐照促进锆鞣剂与胶原的交联反应。微波辐照对硫酸锆溶液水解配聚作用以及鞣制过程的促进作用,可认为是微波辐照非热效应在锆鞣过程中的体现。In this study,the zirconium sulfate solution and the zirconium tanned powder under microwave irradiation were used as experimental samplesand the water bath ones as controls. The pH value, conductivity, dielectric constant and turbidity of the irradiated solution were measured to show effects of microwaveon the hydrolysis of zirconium sulfate; The thermal stability of zirconium sulfate tanned powder under microwave irradiationwas measured by Microscope Heating Test (MHT) and Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the pH of irradiated solution is lower, the conductivity, dielectric constant and turbidity are higher and the hydrolysis rate is increased by 24.4%, showing that the microwave irradiation can promote the hydrolysis and agglomeration of zirconium sulfate. Compared with the controls, the shrinkage temperature of zirconium tanned powder can be increased by 1.3-2.4 ℃ and the heat denaturation temperature by 2.2-3.4 ℃, which indicates that microwave irradiation can promote the crosslinking of zirconium and collagen. The effects of microwave on the hydrolysis andagglomeration of zirconium sulfate solution and the promotion of tanning might be considered as annonthermal effect of microwave irradiation in zirconium tanning.
