摘 要:采用正交实验法优化含铬革屑的减量及铬的稳定化条件。以钙磷化合物的用量、温度、时间和革屑中加入的水量作为灼烧参数。铬的稳定化效果由铬的水浸出量(HJ557-2010)和铬的醋酸浸出量(HJ/T 300-2007)评价。结果表明,灼烧温度对铬的稳定化效果的影响较为显著,稳定化处理的最佳参数为钙磷化合物(4%),灼烧温度(300℃),灼烧时间(60 min),加水量(70%)。此参数下,Cr(VI)和总Cr的浸出量均符合国家标准,且含铬革屑减量13.2%。The orthogonal experiment is used to optimize the conditions of mass reduction of containing chrome leather shavings and the internal chromium stabilization. Taking the calcium phosphate compound dosage, temperature, time and the amount of water added in leather shavings as the calcination parameters, chrome stabilization was evaluated by water leaching of chromium (HJ557-2010)and acetic acid leaching of chromium (HJ/T 300-2007). The results showed that the calcination temperature has significant effects on the stabilization of the chromium. The optimal parameters of the stabilization, were calcium phosphate compound (4%), calcination temperature (300 ℃), calcination time (60 min) and the amount of water added (70%), with which the leaching amount of hexavalent chromium and total chromium content are accord with national standard, meanwhile, simultaneously, the mass of leather shavings was reduced by 13.2%.
