摘 要:采用微悬浮体染色技术对兔毛皮进行染色,探讨了微悬浮体染色助剂对于兔毛皮染色的影响。优化出了该助剂用于兔毛皮染色的最佳工艺条件并且测试了上染率、匀染性、纤维强力、耐干/湿擦牢度等性能。实验结果表明:毛皮微悬浮体染色最佳染色工艺为:染色温度80℃、染色时间40 min、助剂用量3 g/L,染料用量1.5 g/L;微悬浮体染色比传统染色上染速率快、匀染性好、纤维强力高,但是其耐干/湿擦性能不如常规染色好。The micro-suspension dyeing technique was employed in rabbit fur dyeing, and the effect of micro-suspension dyeing auxiliary on rabbit fur dyeing was discussed in this paper. The optimum conditions of this auxiliary which suit to rabbit fur dyeing were optimized and dyeing properties such as dyeing rate, levelling property ,fiber strength and dry-wet rub fastness were tested. The test results show that: the optimal conditions of rabbit fur micro-suspending dyeing is: dyeing temperature 80 ℃, dyeing time 40 min, the dosage of dyeing auxiliary 3 g/L, the dosage of dyestuff 1.5g/L. Compared with traditional dyeing process, the rabbit fur dyed by micro-suspending dyeing process have a faster dyeing rate ,a better levelling property and a higher fiber strength, but the dry/wet rub fastness is inferior to the conventional dyeing.
