摘 要:目的芦荟多糖胶液具有良好的流变性和生物相容性,有望成为一种绿色润滑液。方法首先提取新鲜芦荟胶液充当润滑液,采用红外光谱分析芦荟胶液中的多糖成分。在球-盘摩擦实验装置上分别研究干摩擦、水和芦荟胶液润滑下,氧化锆陶瓷球与Co-Cr-Mo合金对磨时的润滑行为,并对不同润湿性的Co-Cr-Mo表面的摩擦学性能进行初步探讨。最后利用扫描电镜和能谱仪分析磨损表面的微观形貌和元素分布。结果润湿性对Co-Cr-Mo表面的摩擦学性能有显著影响。干摩擦条件下,疏水性表面的平均摩擦系数为0.65,低于亲水性表面的摩擦系数。水润滑时,疏水性表面的平均摩擦系数为0.35,要比亲水性表面的低20%左右。当采用芦荟胶液润滑时,Co-Cr-Mo表面的摩擦系数显著降低,其中亲水性表面的摩擦系数更稳定,其平均摩擦系数仅为0.28。结论芦荟胶液润滑条件下,合金表面的磨损较轻,其主要磨损形式表现为轻微的犁沟。芦荟胶液中的多糖组分在摩擦作用下在摩擦表面形成转移膜,对Co-Cr-Mo合金起到润滑防护的作用。Aloe mucilage solution featuring in good rheological property and biocompatibility is expected to be potential green lubricant. Firstly, fresh aloe mucilage was extracted as lubricant, and polysaccharide of aloe mucilage was analyzed with infrared spectrum. Tribological behavior of zirconia ceramic ball sliding against Co-Cr-Mo alloy provided with dry friction, wa- ter lubrication and aloe mucilage lubrication, respectively was studied on ball-on-disk frictional experiment apparatus. Tribolog- ical properties of the Co-Cr-Mo surfaces with different wettability were discussed preliminarily. Finally, morphology and ele- ment distribution of the worn surface were analyzed using with a scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectrosco- py. The wettability had obvious influence on tribological properties of Co-Cr-Mo surface. Provided with dry friction condition, average friction coefficient of hydrophobic surface was 0.65, lower than that of hydrophilic surface. Provided with water lubri- cation, the friction coefficient was 0.35, about 20% lower than that of hydrophilic surface. Provided with aloe mucilage lubrica-tion, the friction coefficient reduced significantly to 0.28, less stable than that of hydrophilic surface. Provided with aloe muci- lage lubrication, the alloy surface is subject to slight wear with main wear form of shallow furrow. The polysaccharide in aloe mucilage generates a transfer film during the friction process, which can lubricate and protect the Co-Cr-Mo alloy.
