摘 要:目的:探讨液基细胞学检测技术在胸腔积液细胞学诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取遂宁市中心医院病理科胸腔积液细胞学标本238例,采用液基细胞薄层涂片检测(TCT)法及传统手工细胞学涂片法进行细胞学检测,检测结果以病理活组织检查为标准,并对两种方法的检出率进行比较。结果:238例胸腔积液标本中,传统涂片法检出73例(30.7%),TCT法检出97例(40.8%)。238例中共检出肺癌80例,两种方法对腺癌、鳞状细胞癌、小细胞癌的检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:液基细胞学检测技术在胸腔积液细胞学诊断中具有较高的病变检出率,尤其对恶性肿瘤的检出率具有重要临床诊断价值。Objective : To explore the value of liquid - based cytology in the diagnosis of pleural effusion cytology. Meth- ods:All 238 cases of pleural effusion cytology were collected from Suining Central Hospital. The TCT method and traditional manual cytology smear were used for cytology. The detection results were based on pathologic biopsy and the detection rate of the two methods were compared. Results:In the 238 eases of pleural effusion,73 eases (30.7%) were detected by traditional smear,97 cases (40.8%) were detected by TCT method. In 238 cases,lung cancer in 80 eases,compared with the traditional smear detection rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion : Thin - prep cytology test in the pleural effusion cy- tology diagnosis has higher detection rate of pathological changes, especially for malignant tumor detection rate with the clinical diagnostic value.
