肌筋膜疼痛综合征伴焦虑和抑郁对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的肌筋膜综合征患者伴有焦虑、抑郁对其生活质量的影响。方法采用综合性医院情绪测量表(HADS)和健康状况调查量表(SF-36)分别对97例肌筋膜综合征患者进行情绪测量、生活质量调查,根据HADS评分结果将患者分为焦虑组、抑郁组、焦虑抑郁组和非焦虑抑郁组,对各组患者的生活质量进行比较。结果焦虑组、抑郁组、焦虑抑郁组的焦虑情绪测量量表(HADd)评分、HADd+抑郁情绪测量量表(HADa)评分高于非焦虑抑郁组患者(P<0.05),抑郁组、焦虑抑郁组HADa、(HADd+HADa)评分均高于非焦虑抑郁组患者(P<0.05),焦虑抑郁组的(HADd+HADa)评分高于焦虑组和抑郁组(P<0.05)。焦虑组、抑郁组、焦虑抑郁组患者生理功能、生理职能、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康7个方面的评分均低于非焦虑抑郁组患者(P<0.05),焦虑抑郁组患者的生理功能、生理职能、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康各项评分均低于焦虑组、抑郁组患者(P<0.05)。结论肌筋膜综合征患者伴有焦虑、抑郁对其生活质量具有影响,其生活质量降低。Objective To investigate the influence of myofascial pain syndrome with anxiety and de- pression on life quality. Methods HADS and SF-36 were used to investigate the emotion and life quality of 97 cases with myofascial pain syndrome. Patients were divided into anxiety group, depression group, anxiety and depression group and non-anxiety-depression group. The life quality of patients were compared. Results HADd and （HADd＋HADa） score of anxiety group, anxiety and depression group were obviously higher than depression group and non-anxiety-depression group （P 〈 0.05）. HADd and （HADd＋HADa） score of depression group, anxiety and depression group were obviously higher than depression group and non-anxiety-depression group （P〈 0.05）. Physiological function, physiological role, general health, energy, social function and emotional role of anxiety group, depression group, anxiety and depression group were obviously lower than non-anxiety- depression group （P 〈 0.05）. Physiological function, physiological role, general health, energy, social function and emotional role of anxiety group were obviously lower than anxiety and depression group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Myofascial pain syndrome with anxiety and depression has significant influence on patients.
