摘  要:目的探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在新生儿窒息后的变化及临床意义。方法将78例新生儿窒息按阿氏(Apgar)评分分为轻度窒息组(60例)和重度窒息组(18例),同时设正常对照组30例,用全自动血细胞分析仪检测其外周血白细胞分类计数,并计算NLR值。结果相较于正常对照组,窒息组白细胞计数与NLR均升高(P<0.05);重度窒息组NLR高于轻度窒息组(P<0.05);经治疗后重度窒息组NLR呈下降趋势,相较于第1、3及7天差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NLR与新生儿窒息的发生发展有关,检测NLR对新生儿窒息的早期诊断和窒息程度判断及预后具有重要意义。Objective To explore the changes and clinical significances of blood neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in neonatal asphyxia. Methods According to Apgar score, 78 cases of neonatal asphyxia were di- vided into mild asphyxia group (60 cases) and severe asphyxia group (18 cases), while 30 normal newborn infants were enrolled as control group in this study. The peripheral blood leukocyte sorting and counting were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer, and the NLR values were counted. Results Compared with the control group, the white blood cell count and NLR values in asphyxia group were significantly increased (P〈 0.05). NLR values in severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in mild asphyxia group (P〈 0.05). NLR values declined gradually after treatment in severe asphyxia group. Compared with the first day, the 3rd day and the 7th day had significant differences (P〈 0.05). Conclusions NLR value is related to the development of neonatal asphyxia, and the detection of NLR value has great significance in the early diag- nosis of neonatal asphyxia and the degree of asphyxia and prognosis.
