摘　　要：少数民族大学生在就业创业中存在就业意识不强、就业观念保守、就业心理素质较差、职业素养不高等问题,这些问题归根结底还是出在大学生的就业思想上。所以,高校在就业创业中要注重加强学生思想教育引导,从根本上解决少数民族大学生就业难的问题。There exist some problems for minority college students in employment and entrepreneurship, such as weak employment consciousness, conservative employment concept and poor psychological quality. All these failures attribute to their employment ideology. Therefore, college students and universities should pay attention to strengthening the guidance of students＇ ideological education in the employment and entrepreneurship work, and fundamentally solve the problems of the difficult employment of minority college students.
