摘  要:为了解决矿井井筒防冻设计中一直困扰设计者的热风道如何布置问题,首先介绍了新上海一号煤矿井筒防冻设计及空气加热室布置方式,然后结合实际运行效果进行了调研分析,指出热风经热风道直接送至井筒的问题并结合该实际工程给出了解决方案;通过分析门克庆煤矿在井筒防冻设计及空气加热室布置中的成功案例,根据现场调研情况探讨了其达到良好实际运行效果的设计及运行方式。基于上海一号煤矿及门克庆煤矿实际工程设计运行与效果对比分析,研究表明:冷热风在井口房进行混风的方式更为可靠有效,对指导矿井井筒防冻的设计及运行具有重要意义。In order to solve the hot air layout problem in mine shaft freeze protection design, the paper introduced the shaft freeze protection design and air heating chamber layout in Xinshanghai No. 1 Coal Mine shaft; then carried out the investigation analysis combined with the actual operation effect, and pointed out the hot air was sent directly to the shaft through hot air passage, the solutions of which were given according to the practical engineering ; through the case analysis of shaft freeze protection design and air heating chamber layout in Menkeqing Coal Mine, the design and operation mode were discussed according to the site investigation. According to the comparative analysis of the engineering design and operation effect of Xinshanghai No. 1 Coal Mine and Menkeqing Coal Mine, the method with cold and hot air mixed at the heapstead is more effective and reliable.
