摘　　要：为深入研究下运输送机的制动动力学计算方法,从输送带动张力计算入手,根据输送机的不打滑条件,研究了向下运输的输送机正常工作时的制动圆周力、紧急制动时的安全制动圆周力计算;分析了输送机双滚筒的制动圆周力分配问题;提出了双滚筒下运输送机的安全制动力的分配原则和方法,可以有效防止下运输送机的打滑和飞车事故,保证下运输送机的安全可靠运行。In order to further study the calculation method for braking dynamics of downward conveyor, from the dynamic tension calculation of conveyor belt, according to non-slip condition of belt conveyor, the paper studied the calculation of braking peripheral force and safe braking peripheral force during emergency braking; analyzed the braking force distribution of double roller conveyor; put forward the principles and methods of safety braking force distribution of downward double roller conveyor. The measures can effectively prevent the slipping and runaway accidents of downward conveyor, and ensure the safe and reliable operation.
