摘　　要：通过分析当前劳模工作室存在的局限性,为了解决存在的问题,运用虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)、WebGL等技术构建了网上新型劳模工作室。该劳模工作室主要分为网上劳模工作室和线下实训室。漫游模式的3D展厅和沉浸式仿真的实训室,使新型的劳模工作室在人才培养、创新创效、品牌教育上发挥了更大的作用。In this paper, the limitations of the current model worker studio is analyzed, a new online model worker studio is built using virtual reality（ VR） and WebGL technology. The new model worker studio is mainly divided into online studio and offline training room. With the 3D exhibition hall of roaming mode and immersive simulation training room, the new model worker studio plays a more important role in the cultivation of talents, innovation, and brand education.
