摘 要:电力通信电源的安全可靠性是保障电力通信网安全运行的基础。为了实现通信电源系统的不停电改造,文章以某信息灾备中心通信-48V直流电源系统改造工程为案例,分析通信电源的系统结构及其存在的问题,对系统容量进行计算验证,提出了总体改造方案,并分析了改造实施过程中的要点难点,重点阐述了各个步骤的不停电改造内容和电源系统结构变化,保证通信电源平滑过渡,以供相似工程借鉴和参考。The security and reliability of power communication power supply is a basis of the safe operation of electric power communication network. To achieve the reconstruction project without power cut, based on the reconstruction project of communication 48 V DC power supply system of an information system disaster recovery center, this paper analyzes the system structure and the existing problems of communication power supply, calculates and verifies the system capacity, presents the overall reconstruction scheme. For the contents and changes of the reconstruction in various steps, the key points and difficulties in the application are analyzed to ensure the smooth transition of communication power supply. This paper has certain reference value for the similar projects.
