开放实验室在培养创新型医学实验技术人才中的应用

摘　　要：医学实验技术是一门实践性很强的专业,随着实验技术和设备日新月异的发展,传统的实验教学已不能满足该专业发展的需求。文章以开放实验室为例,探讨利用开放实验室这个平台提高学生参与实验操作的热情、自主学习的能力,深化课堂知识的理解,是培养医学实验技术专业人才的有效途径。Medical experimental technology is a practical major. With the development of experimental technology and equipment, the traditional teaching way can not meet the needs of the development of the major. Making full use of the open laboratory, we can improve students＇ participation in experiment and independent learning, deepened the understanding of classroom knowledge, and it would be an effective way to train rigorous scientific attitude and innovative ability of medical experimental technology professionals.
