摘　　要：动物胆汁是我国传统中药材,其资源丰富,应用历史悠久。主要来源包括猪、蛇、鸡、牛。胆汁明目、清肺化痰、清热解毒等功效显著,其主要活性成分为胆汁酸类。本文总结了动物胆汁的化学成分、药理作用及应用,以期为其深入研究和开发应用提供科学依据。As an important traditional Chinese medicinal material, animal bile has a long applied history. It is rich in resources, including swine, snake, chicken and bovine. Animal bile shows significant efficacy in improving eyesight, clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, clearing away heat and detoxification. The main active components of animal bile are bile acids. In this paper, the composition, pharmacological effects and application of animal bile are summarized, so as to provide scientific basis for the further research and development.
