摘 要:为研究航空发动机GH4133轮盘材料失效分布参数规律,利用最大似然估计法估计出轮盘材料在不同温度、应变和应变比下的对数正态分布的参数估计值,通过图表法与方差分析法对应变、温度及应变比这三个影响疲劳失效的因素与对数正态分布参数均值与方差间的关系进行了计算.结果表明:GH4133轮盘材料失效分布均值仅受应变的影响,标准差仅受温度的影响,疲劳失效与最大应变值有关,而与应变比无关,给出了相关影响函数关系.In order to research on failure distribution parameter of aircraft engine GH4133 turbine disc material, the estimated value of material of logarithmic normal distribution of parameter was obtained using the method of maximum likelihood estimate under the different temperature, strain and strain ratio. The relationship of the mean and variance with the temperature, strain and strain ratio is studied through the graph method and variance analysis method. Results show: Average of failure distribution of GH4133 disc materials is only affected by strain,and standard deviation is only affected by temperature; Fatigue failure is associated with maximum strain value and has nothing to do with the strain ratio;The related influence function is presented.
