摘 要:为了研究S对P110钢在含S+CO_2环境下腐蚀产物膜的影响,模拟含S+CO_2石油采出液成分,采用浸泡试验对油套管P110钢的腐蚀行为进行研究.通过预测腐蚀速率,利用扫描电子显微镜观察不同腐蚀时间内的腐蚀产物膜形貌,分析了腐蚀产物膜层的演变过程.研究结果表明:随腐蚀时间的延长,膜层颗粒逐渐细化并形成胶状粘合后发生皲裂.CO_2对P110钢产生均匀腐蚀,且形成的FeCO_3腐蚀膜层减缓腐蚀;S对FeCO_3腐蚀膜层产生破坏,加速腐蚀,且形成点蚀,与CO_2和温度因素相比较,S浓度对P110钢加速腐蚀的作用更大.In order to study the effect of S on the corrosion products of Pll0 steel in the presence of S+ CO2 ,the corrosion behavior of P110 steel in simulated oil well produced water containing S+CO2is examined. It reveales the corrosion rate, the corrosion product film morphology by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and the evolution process of the corrosion product film layer. The results show: With the extension of time,the corrosion grains are gradually refined and changed from a colloidal state to the rhagadia; The P110 steel is corroded uniformly by CO2, and FeCO3 corrosion film layer is produced,which inhabites the corrosion of matrix; With the addition of S, the film is destroyed, the corrosion rate is accelerated and corrosion pits are formed finally;Comparised with the effect of CO2 and temperature,the concentration of S makes a greater impact on the corrosion of P110 steel.
