摘 要:为了研究齿轮测量中心测量轴运动轨迹不垂直和工件安装倾斜对工件圆度测量结果的影响,通过建立齿轮测量中心测量轴运动轨迹不垂直数学模型和工件倾斜数学模型,结合圆度误差测量软件,进行了测量轴不垂直模型和工件倾斜模型的仿真实验.分析了测量轴不垂直和工件安装倾斜两种因素对工件圆度误差测量结果的影响.结果表明:测量轴垂直度误差大于0.000 5°时,使圆度测量结果产生0.1μm以上的误差,测量得到的工件形状呈现椭圆状;工件安装倾斜角度大于0.2°时,使圆度测量结果产生0.1μm以上的误差,测量得到的工件形状呈现椭圆状.两测量轴运动轨迹不垂直和工件倾斜均导致工件圆度测量误差值偏大,且使圆度测量形状呈椭圆状.The influence of non vertical motion trajectory of gear measuring center' s measuring axle and tilting of workpiece installation on the workpiece roundness measurement results is researched. The mathematical models of non vertical motion trajectory of gear measuring center's measuring axle and workpiece tilting are established. Workpiece roundness measurement is simulated based on non vertical measuring axle model and workpiece tilting model. It turns out,When measuring axis perpendicularity error is greater than 0. 000 5°, the measuring error is more than 0. 1 μm and the measured workpiece becomes oval; When the workpiece installation inclination angle is greater than 0.2 ° , the measuring error is more than 0. 1μm and the workpiece appears ov tl tmg measured workpiece appears oval.
