基于Web的医院信息中心运维管理系统的实现与应用

摘　　要：目的:随着医院规模的扩大,医院电子设备、各类医疗系统越来越多,医院信息中心的运维难度越来越大,信息中心的运维质量及效率急需提高。方法:采用Apache+MySQL+ThinkPHP为开发工具,开发基于Web的信息中心运维管理系统。结果:实现了信息中心运维工作的信息化管理,实现了硬件维修快速分配、运维事件追踪管理、工作量统计等功能。结论:系统已在宁夏医科大学总医院运行三年左右,取得了良好的效果,大大提高了医院信息中心运维工作者的工作效率,提高了信息中心的服务满意度。Objective： With the expansion of the hospital, the increasing of the number of hospital electronic equipments and various types of medical system, the hospital information center maintenance is more and more difficult. The quality and efficiency of the information center need to be improved. Methods： Utilizing Apache, MySQL and the ThinkPHP developmenttools, the information center of our hospital independently devoloped a hospital maintenance system based on Web. Results： It realized the information management of the maintenance of information center, and provided the functions of the rapid distribution of hardware maintenance, the maintenance event tracking management, the workload statistics and other functions. Conclusion： The system has implied three years, it has yielded very good results. The information center of hospitals efficiency and maintenance level were improved greatly and also the user satisfaction.
