摘　　要：目的:实现临床护理病历数字认证。方法:在院内部署签名验证服务器和时间戳服务器,配备时间源设备获取国家授时时间,利用第三方CA认证机构建立电子签名验证系统,并将其与医院护理信息系统(包括PC端和移动端)集成,使护理信息系统具有数字证书登录、护理病历数字认证、移动端护理病历记录补签、护理病历验证归档(或封存)等功能。结果:实现电子护理病历的数字认证,保障护理病历内容的一致性和法律效力的有效性,为电子病历无纸化和病历资料的跨区域共享打下坚实基础。结论:将第三方CA认证机构与医院现有护理信息系统结合,实现护理病历的数字认证,是可行且有效的实施方案。Objective： The objective is to realize the digital certification of clinical nursing medical records. Methods： This system needs to deploy the digital signature, the timestamp server and the time to the origin server. Third-party CA certification institution is to set up electronic signature verification system. The system is combined with nursing information system （including PC and mobile terminal）. It makes the nursing information system has the functions of digit certificate login, nursing record digital authentication, mobile side nursing record supplement digital signature, nursing record verification Archive （or archive） and other functions. Results： The system realizes the digital authentication of electronic nursing records, guarantee the validity and consistency of the legal effect of the content of nursing records, electronic medical records paperless medical records and cross regional sharing and lay a solid foundation. Conclusion： It is feasible and effective to combine the third party CA certification organization with the existing nursing information system to realize the digital authentication ofnursin- records.
