摘  要:目的:利用Websphere MQ技术建立输血管理系统实现对临床用血全方位、全流程的管理,提高医院合理用血水平和医院医疗管理质量。方法:系统应用IBM WebSphere MQ消息中间件获取医院各信息系统患者的诊疗数据,实现医院各信息系统间信息交互,对临床用血进行实时监控。结果:建立了输血管理信息系统,实现输血管理从申请到用血后效果评价的全流程管理。结论:全流程输血管理系统规范了输血流程、简化了输血环节,有效避免工作差错,提高医院合理用血水平。Objective: To establish the blood transfusion managenlent system with Websphere MQ technology, realize the omni- directional and complete-flow management of clinical blood use, improve the level of reasonable use of blood and quality of medical management of hospital. Methods: IBM WebSphere MQ message middleware is systematically applied to obtain diagnosis and treatment of data patients in hospital information systems, realize the mfonnation interaction between hospital information systems, and implement real-time monitoring of clinical use of blood. Results: A blood transfusion management information system is established, and the complete-flow blood transfusion management from application to effect evaluation after used of blood is realized. Conclusion: The complete-flow blood transfusion management system standardizes the blood transfusion process, simplifies the blood transfusion link, effectively avoids working errors, and improves the level of reasonable use of blood in hospital.
