摘　　要：目的:探讨血液透析信息管理系统的设计理念和实现方法。方法:分析和梳理血透中心的工作流程和管理需求,设计信息化管理的基本框架和模块,涵盖患者管理、透析治疗、质量监测、透析物品等全业务流程。结果:该系统实现了数据采集、存贮自动化,医护记录结构化,临床工作和质量管理一体化。结论:血液透析信息管理系统协助血透中心实现安全高效的精细化管理。Objective： To investigate the development modality ofhemodialysis information management system （HDIMS）. Methods： Carefully sorted out all the traditional working procedures in hemodialysis center and analyzed the needs and problems. Then, the basic frame and modules of the system was constructed to collect the data of patients＇ information, treatment details, quality monitoring information and consumables tracking, etc. Results： Automatic data collection and storage and structuralized medical records were successfully carried out on the well established information management system. Conventional clinical works and medical quality controls were perfecdy integrated. Conclusion： The information management system could help to implement more efficient and safer precise management in hemodialysis center.
