摘　　要：目的:建立市级医院与社区卫生服务机构孤独症谱系障碍的早期筛查干预一体化的信息管理系统。方法:依据儿童心理行为标准和规范,异构集成中山市妇幼保健信息系统、医院PACS系统和医院LIS系统等信息,采用主流技术J2EE开发架构,整合稳定和先进的Struts、Spring、Hibernate的SSH框架,构建开放的孤独症谱系障碍信息管理平台。结果:开发了孤独症谱系障碍的二级转诊综合管理信息平台,面向多用户、多终端提供在线服务。实现了孤独症谱系障碍筛查技术社区共享、对病人的综合跟踪管理等服务功能。结论:网络系统的建设为儿童提供全市范围内科学、标准和流程化的孤独症谱系障碍筛查评估和干预跟踪服务。Objective： To establish the integrated information management system of early screening and intervention of autism spectrum disorders in municipal hospitals and community health service institutions. Methods： On the basis of children＇s psychological behavior standards and norms, the maternal and child health care information system, the hospital PACS system, the hospital LIS system and other information of Zhongshan are integrated. The architecture is developed with the mainstream technology J2EE. Stable and advanced Struts, Spring, Hibernate SSH framework are integrated. The open information management platform of autism spectrum disorders is built. Results： The two-level referral integrated management information platform of autism spectrum disorders is developed. The online services are provided to multiple users and terminals. Community sharing of screening technologies of the autism spectrum disorders, comprehensive tracking management of patients and other service functions are realized. Conclusion： The construction of network system provides children with citywide scientific, standard and process screening assessment and intervention tracking service of autism spectrum disorders.
