摘　　要：利用全国统一的第二代医保卡和银联卡作为患者在医院就诊的身份识别和支付工具,通过在诊室内记账和结算,减少患者排队次数,缩短挂号、缴费、取药排队时间。同时系统以患者身份证号作为患者就诊信息的索引,具备充分的可扩展性,可与居民健康卡等多卡种进行融合。The system could take Medicare card of the second-generation and Union Pay card as the identity and payment instrument for patients visiting. In the hospital, the waiting time of register, payment and queuing for patients could be reduced by account settlement in the consulting room, which could reduce the patient queuing as well. Meanwhile, the system could use the ID card as the index of information to the patients, equipping with expansibility, which could be combined with residents health card or the other cards.
