摘　　要：目的探讨自制穿刺针单孔经脐腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的价值。方法回顾性分析2012年6月至2016年3月,重庆市第九人民医院普外科行通道深静脉穿刺针联合单孔腹腔镜技术治疗的斜疝患儿325例的临床资料,观察手术疗效。结果全部手术均成功,随访5~56个月未见一例复发。结论采用此方法治疗小儿斜疝不破坏腹股沟管的解剖结构,器械简单,具有操作方便、安全有效、创伤小、隐瘢痕、同时及时诊治对侧隐匿性斜疝的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the applicable effects of single-port laparoscopic percutaneous extraperitoneal closure （SPLPEC） using a self-made Dual-channel deep-vein needle for indirect inguinal hernia in children. Methods From June 2012 to June 2016, 325 children with indirect inguinal hernia were treated by single-port mini-laparoscopic surgery with general Dual-channel deep-vein needle. Results All procedures were successfully completed. After a mean follow-up of 8 to 56 months, no recurrence was presented. Conclusion Single port mini-laparoscopie treatment is safe, effective and scarless, which could keep the anatomic structure of inguinal canal. It may be an appropriate procedure for children with indirect inguinal hernia.
