摘　　要：银雀山汉简《五议》,论"知言之所至"、"知之所至"、"极得"、"至治"等。《听有五患》讨论统治者如何辨析语言,判断是非,古代对"听"的研究属心性之学。《五令》属于阴阳学说的文献,有德令、惠令、义令、威令、罚令。《四时令》《迎四时》《禁》与《礼记·月令》相近,是研究古人天道观的新资料。《富国》属于政治学文献,部分内容与农家学说有关。Bamboo scripts Five Discussions unearthed at Yinqueshan covers multiple topics, which has greatly enriched our knowledge regarding the Han Dynasty. Among all the scripts, Five Sessions on Listening discusses how to tell right from wrong. Five Cautions is also part of the Yinqueshan discovery. Resemblance with the Book of Rites can be recognized among texts from Yinqueshan. The session Prosperity discusses political issues, part of which is on agriculture.
