摘　　要：介绍了棉针织物冷堆前处理工艺,分析了冷堆剂和烧碱用量,以及冷堆时间对前处理效果的影响,并对比了传统前处理和冷堆前处理工艺后半漂棉针织物的染色品质。优化的工艺条件为冷堆剂ECO520D 8~15 g/L,烧碱20~35 g/L,双氧水10~15 g/L,冷堆时间16~24 h。处理后的棉针织半漂布失重小,染色均匀,各项色牢度指标与传统工艺相当。The formulation and technological process of the cold pad-batch pretreatment of knitted cotton fabric are introduced. The effects of the dosage of ECO520D and caustic soda, the time of cold batching on pretreatment performance are analyzed. The dyeing qualities of the knitted fabric pretreated with the cold pad-batch process and the traditional process are compared. The optimal process condi- tion is： ECO520D 8-15 g/L, caustic soda 20-35 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 10-15 g/L, cold batching time 16-24 h. The weight loss of cotton knitted fabric pretreated with the cold pad-batch process is small. All of the color fastnesses and the levelling property are good.
