纯棉针织面料的仿丝绸整理

摘　　要：研究了纯棉平纹汗布的织造参数、丝光、定形过软工艺对仿丝绸效果、白度和颜色的影响。结果表明:对于14.76tex/1纯棉平纹汗布,织造应采用32针及以上针筒。适合的丝光工艺为:碱浓28 Bé,车速20m/min,室温20℃,2次坯布丝光。定形过软工序采用复配柔软剂OFX-8040A 150 g/L,KDM-C18A 50 g/L。定形过软处方对面料的白度影响不大,对深色面料的颜色影响较大,对浅色面料的颜色影响较小。该工艺条件得到的成品织物具有丝绸般的光泽、手感和凉感风格,面料的接触性凉感Q-Max达到0.309。The influences of knitting parameters, mercerizing, setting and softening process on the silk- like effect, whiteness and color of cotton knitgoods are studied. The results show that for 14.76 tex/1 cotton knitgoods, 32 gauge or above is recommended, The optimized recipe of mercerizing is： two times mercerizing of greige fabric at 20℃ with NaOH 28 Be, running speed 20 m/min. The setting and softening process adopts compound softener OFX-8040A 150 g/L, KDM-CISA 50 g/L. The influence of softening has little influence on whiteness of fabric, and has a greater influence on the color of dark fab-ric, and has less influence on the color of light color fabric. The finished fabric has silk-like luster and han-dle, the cool feeling Q-Max reaches 0.309.
