摘  要:目的采用左旋维生素C导入联合Queen光子治疗仪和二氧化碳超脉冲点阵激光对光老化的动物模型进行治疗,探索治疗皮肤光老化的方法和手段。方法采用健康雌性SD大鼠50只,分为模型组和对照组;模型组40只采用日光模拟器构建SD大鼠皮肤光老化模型,将光老化皮肤分为三个区域,点阵激光干预区、IPL干预区和阴性对照区,三区的一半作为左旋维生素C导入区,另外一半做生理盐水对照区。激光干预后定期行皮肤镜、皮肤生理功能测试(经表皮水流失TEWL),分析皮肤粗糙、干燥程度以及皮肤纹理变化,同时,在激光术后第1周,2周,3周,4周,5周,6周,7周行皮肤病理活组织检查,观察皮肤表皮厚度、真皮胶原改变等组织病理及免疫组化改变。对照组10只作阴性对照。结果 (1)二氧化碳点阵激光组治疗后肥厚干燥缓解,脱屑减轻,在第(5~6)周明显。(2)左旋维生素C组经表皮水流失在第(7~10)天较生理盐水组皮肤明显减少。结论二氧化碳点阵激光治疗组对光老化的治疗作用优于强脉冲光(IPL)组,联合左旋维生素C可加快皮肤屏障的修复,可作为光老化治疗的新组合方法。Objective To explore the methods and means of treatment of photoaging of skin by the introduction of vitamin C with the combination of Queen photon therapeutic apparatus and carbon dioxide super pulse laser. Methods 50 healthy female SD rats were divided into model group and control group, in the model group, the model of skin photoaging of SD rats was established by sunlight simulator, and the aging skin was divided into three regions : the frac- tional laser intervention area, the IPL intervention area and the negative control area, the half of the three area as the introduction of vitamin C into the area, the other half of saline control area. After laser intervention, the changes of trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), skin roughness, dryness and skin texture were analyzed with dermatoscope and skin physiological function test. Meanwhile, at the end of first week, second week, third week, fouth week, fifth week, sixth week, and seventh week after operation, the changes of epidermal thickness and dermis collagen were observed with skin pathological examina- tion. Results ① The dryness and scaling relieved significantly in first 5-6 weeks after carbon fractional laser treatment. ② In the vitamin C group, there was a significant decrease in TEWL in the first 7 - 10 weeks comparing with saline group. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of carbon dioxide laser treat- ment group was better than that of intense pulsed light (IPL) group. Combination of vitamin C can accelerate the repair of skin barrier, and can be used as a new combination method of photoaging.
