摘 要:简述了含锌尘泥对于钢铁生产的危害。列举了国内外常见的几类含锌尘泥利用方法。分析了转底炉、竖炉、铁水罐法3种含锌尘泥利用技术的优缺点。介绍了鞍钢含锌尘泥利用技术,实现了冶金尘泥100%综合利用。提出了投资少、占地面积小、能耗低、流程短的"铁水罐法"冶金尘泥处理工艺,解决了尘泥堆存带来的环境污染,以及现行处理工艺成本高、投资大等问题。The harm of the zinc-bearing dust and sludge on the steel production was sketched. Several kinds of normal methods of recycling the zinc-bearing dust and sludge at home and abroad were enumerated. The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of recycling technologies for zinc-bearing dust and sludge such as using the rotary hearth furnace (RHF), shaft furnace and hot metal ladle for recycling were analyzed. The recycling technology for the zinc-bearing dust and sludge in Ansteel was introduced, for the recycling of the metallurgical zinc-bearing dust and sludge in Ansteel was all to nothing. The treatment process for the metallurgical dust and sludge by hot metal ladle with characteristics of the low investment, small floor space, low energy consumption and short process flow was put forward. And therefore the problems such as the environmental pollution resulted from stacking the dust and sludge, the high cost and high investment due to the present treatment process by using the RHF were solved.
