摘　　要：长期以来,图书馆理论研究一直处于尴尬地位,对图书馆理论研究脱离实际、与图书馆实践脱节的批评一直不绝于耳。随着全面深化改革的进程,图书馆也开始了新一轮的改革。在这次图书馆的改革实践中,图书馆理论研究到底该发挥什么样的作用,能够发挥什么样的作用,是引起我们重视的一个问题。文章认为,图书馆理论研究依然对图书馆改革实践具有动力价值、奠基价值、推动价值和指导价值。图书馆理论的价值通过作用于图书馆改革实践者,影响他们的职业认知、职业理性、职业准则,才能在图书馆改革实践中实现。For a long time, the research of library theory has been in an awkward position, and the criticism of the library theory research from practice and the practice of library has been heard. With the deepening of the re- form process, the library has begun a new round of reform. In the practice of the reform of the library, what kind of role the library theory research should play, what kind of role it can play, is a problem that we pay attention to. This paper holds that the research of library theory still has the power value, the foundation value, the value and the guidance value to the library reform practice. The value of the library theory can be realized in the practice of library reform through the role of the library reform practitioners, the influence of their professional cognition, professional rationality and professional standards.
