摘  要:为了提高特高压电容式电压互感器的瞬态性能,分析其在较宽频域内的分压特性,以某公司生产的1 000 kV特高压电容分压器为实验对象,进行了特高压电容分压器阻抗的测量,建立了特高压电容分压器的宽频等效电路模型。首先,测量特高压电容分压器的阻抗;其次,基于测量得到的数据结合矢量匹配法和电路综合理论,建立了特高压电容分压器的宽频等效电路模型,并利用模式搜索算法对等效电路进行无源修正;最后,利用所建立的模型,分析特高压电容分压器在不同频率下的分压特性,为合理设置均压装置以及改善特高压的制造工艺提供理论依据。To improve the transient performance of ultra high voltage (UHV) capacitor voltage transformer and analyze its voltage dividing characteristics in wideband, the impedance of a 1 000 kV capacitor vohage divider was measured, and a wide frequency model of UHV capacitor voltage divider was built. First, the impedance of the capacitor voltage divider was measure. Second, the vector fitting method and circuit synthesis theory as well as the measured data were employed to establish a wideband equivalent circuit model of CVT capacitor voltage divider, and the pattern search algorithm was adopted to optimize the equivalent circuit. Third, the voltage dividing characteristics of the divider at different frequency were analyzed with the proposed model. This study may provide a theoretical reference for reasonable setting of equalizing device and manufacturing process improvement of UHV.
