摘 要:确定连接硬管母线滑动金具的恢复力特性参数及考虑刚度的软母线位形函数是建立互联特高压电气设备抗震有限元模型关键因素。文中通过拟静力试验确定了管母线滑动金具的起滑力、起滑刚度、附加阻尼比等恢复力参数;同时通过对软母线的受力分析,推导了考虑刚度的软母线位形函数;从而在此基础上建立了互联特高压设备的抗震有限元模型。有限元分析结果表明:互联特高压电气设备计算结果与试验结果非常接近,从而验证了该有限元模型的正确性。文中的研究成果为建立互联特高压电气设备有限元模型提供了一定的理论及试验依据。To build a seismic finite element model of the interconnected UHV equipment, the characteristic parameters of restoring force of the sliding fittings for hard bus and the bit-shaped function of flexible bus considering stiffness, must be determined. In this study, quasi-static test was conducted to obtain the restoring force parameters of the sliding fittings, such as the sliding force, the sliding stiffness, and the additional damping ratio. And the bit-shaped function considering the stiffness of flexible bus was deduced via mechanical analysis. Thus, a seismic finite element model of the interconnected UHV equipment was established. Finite element analysis shows that the calculation results of the interconnected UHV equipment are very close to the test data of shaking table, which validates the correctness of the finite element model. This study may provide theoretical and experimental foundation for establishing finite element model of interconnected UHV equipment.
