摘 要:柔性直流输电对直流互感器的延时时间及阶跃响应上升时间均有较高要求,针对即将建设的张北柔性直流输电工程的应用需求,研制了一种柔性直流输电用±500 kV直流全光纤电流互感器。直流全光纤电流互感器采用Faraday磁光效应原理,采用光纤作为传感介质。文中介绍了直流全光纤电流互感器的原理及构成,对全光纤电流互感器的线性双折射抑制技术、玻片温度自补偿技术及抗振技术等关键技术进行了深入分析,并给出了样机的主要性能测试情况。测试表明,文中研制的柔性直流输电用直流全光纤电流互感器测量精度为0.2级,延时时间25μs,阶跃响应上升时间40μs,主要技术指标(包括测量精度、延时时间、阶跃响应上升时间、温度稳定性、抗振性能及绝缘等)能够满足张北柔性直流输电工程的应用需求,直流全光纤电流互感器在柔性直流输电系统具有很好的应用前景。The flexible HVDC has higher of the DC transducer. In order to meet requirements on the time delay and the step response rise time the requirement of the construction of Zhangbei flexible HVDC transmission project, this paper has developed a ±500 kV DC fiber optical current transducer prototype. The DC fiber optical current transducer adopts the principle of Faraday magneto optic effect and uses the optical fiber as sensing medium. This paper introduces the principle, composition and the test of the developed DC fiber optical current transducer. Several keytechnologies are analyzed in depth including linear birefringence suppression technique, retarder temperature compensation technology and anti-vibration technology. The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the developed DC optical fiber current transducer is 0.2 class, the delay time is 25 μs, the step response rise time is 40 μs, the main technical indicators (including measurement accuracy, delay time, step response rise time, temperature stability, anti vibration performance) can meet the application requirements of Zhangbei flexible HVDC transmission project. The DC optical fiber current transducer has a good application prospect in flexible HVDC transmission system.
