摘  要:以罐式断路器简化的罐体模型为研究对象,运用理论分析、仿真计算与试验相结合的方法,初步探讨断路器的热特性分析。计算表明,导体电阻的热功率是断路器的主要热源,涡流损耗基本上可以被忽略;另一方面,热气体对流散热是断路器消热的主要途径。表面光滑导体的热辐射效果微弱,然而表面涂漆导体的热辐射效果不能被忽视。温升试验与仿真结果基本一致,表明了理论分析与仿真计算方法的正确性。Taking advantages of theoretical analysis, simulation calculation and test, the thermal character- istics of tank body of a tank-type circuit breaker are studied on the basis of simplified tank body model. Calculations show that the thermal power of conductor resistance is the main thermal source of the circuit breaker, and the eddy current loss can be basically ignored. On the other hand, the heat dissipation of the hot gas through convection is the main heat dissipation way of the circuit breaker. The thermal radia- tion effect of smooth surface conductor is weak, but that of the painted surface conductor cannot be ig- nored. The results of simulation calculation are basically consistent with those of temperature rise test, which proves the correctness of the methods adopted in the theoretical analysis and simulation calculation.
